Wheelchair airless tire inserts are constructed from all foam and are maintenance free. Replaces standard 24 x 1 3/8 inner tubes. Makes the tire "Flat Free". Airless insert fits most 24in wheelchair wheels (37-540). Reusable. Installs with minimal tools. Tire required.
