We would like to inform you that Tilite has recently released their Metric Parts Manuals. As a result, Tilite will no longer be supporting older, imperial-sized part numbers and assemblies. This change specifically affects chairs manufactured before January 2017 and the related parts, which are now considered “out-of-stock” and cannot be ordered.

Please note that this update does not impact most commonly used accessories such as tires, casters, wheel locks, and soft goods.
