POSAlinc Original Knee Adductor

The knee adductor that started it all is now called POSAlinc Original. And now you have more options to better suit your clients needs. Knee Adductors assist in positioning the knees out of abduction and into better alignment, providing for improved weight bearing and stability. AELs Knee Adductors provide a comfortable and effective support assisting in maximizing seating tolerance and function. AELs signature POSAlinc Technology includes multi-positioning posts and joints for precise placement. Easily adjust the lateral and anterior distance between the pad and the mounting point, angle of the pad, and height of the post.

Mounting hardware includes a four-prong clamp that grips the tubing at two points of contact, providing more stability than a traditional collar clamp that grips the tubing at a single point. A Track Mounting option is available for wheelchairs without a hanger mount.

Choose from traditional 3" x 4", 4" x 6" or generous 5" x 7" pad sizes. Then, select your mounting type: 7/8" or 1" frame, or track mounted.

With POSAlinc Original you now have post options in 7" Standard or 10" Extended (10" posts are recommended for power wheelchairs, high cushions or for those needing a taller knee adductor).

All stock pads include 1/2" Medium SunMate with a black Neoprene cover. The POSAlinc Original Knee Adductor can be converted into a removable adductor, see POSAlinc Knee Adductor Knob Release Hardware.
